Mr. Garcia is a Managing Partner at Ailsa Capital and the Head of its Senior Investment Committee. Before co-founding Ailsa Capital, he worked with Price Waterhouse, McKinsey & Company, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, and Coca-Cola FEMSA. He is a former CPA, management consultant, and investment banker. During the past 15 years, Mr. Garcia has been focusing on real estate investments and has completed over $250 MM in transactions with more than 50 private equity sponsors.
